Is St Moritz a good self tanner?
I've used this product about 6 times and have never gotten patchy as long as I properly exfoliate before use and it last about a week (3 days of a strong tan and then a gradual fade). On the down side, it smells like fake tan for sure, but it's generally a fantastic product; especially for the price!
St. Moriz Instant Self Tanning Mousse lasted around 3 days, which is about average. The unfortunate part was that the splotchy, dark areas lasted just as long!
The tan will develop over 4-6 hours. During this time, avoid any contact with water, perspiring or applying any other products to the skin. After this time, shower off the guide colour with luke warm water.
I do recommend leaving this on for 8 hours, like any other spray tan or self tanner, before rinsing off.
St. Tropez's Jumbo Self Tan Express Mousse is one of Kim Kardashian's all-time favorite self-tanners, she previously revealed on her KKW blog. It's a lightweight, fast-absorbing tanning mousse that doesn't leave your skin feeling sticky after application.
Moriz Professional Instant Medium Self Tanning Lotion, which "can be used as your everyday body lotion," she says. This gradual tanner provides a natural-looking glow, and it's "infused with aloe vera and vitamin E, so it leaves the skin feeling super soft while building a beautiful daily tan," adds Feldman.
If dark is not dark enough for you, apply again after 24 hours for a more intense and deeper tan. St Moriz clear mousse self -tanner is your perfect partner for no mess, no streak tanning! Benefits: No Mess – Does not transfer onto your clothes or bedding.
You apply the product, and then wait anywhere from 1-3 hours before washing the product off (just depending on how dark you'd like your tan). After you wash it off, your tan won't have developed yet. It will then take the normal 6-8 hours to develop.
Allow to develop for 1 hour for a light glow, 2 hours for a medium tan, and three hours for a darker bronzed tan. During this time, avoid any contact with water, perspiring, or applying any other products to the skin. Apply this time, shower off the guide color with lukewarm water.
the longer you keep the tan on, the darker it will get. however, some skin types may experience discoloration (looking a bit orange or yellow) if left on too long past around 8 hours. you may also get a streaky tan as you're more likely to rub or wash off some sections.
Is it OK to fake tan once a week?
If your tan is the exact shade you love and you want to keep the gorgeous glow, you typically only have to apply self-tanner about once a week. This applies to tanning solution you put on your body, which tends to be exposed to fewer products and washing than your face.
Yes, you can shave after spray tanning, but be aware that some of your colour may come off, especially if you soak in the bath or shower for long periods of time prior to shaving.

Tropez self tanner still reigns supreme, in my opinion. The undertones of St. Tropez are an olive green/brownish color, while the undertones of the St. Moriz are an orange/pink undertone.
You apply the product, and then wait anywhere from 1-3 hours before washing the product off (just depending on how dark you'd like your tan). After you wash it off, your tan won't have developed yet. It will then take the normal 6-8 hours to develop.
This ultra-dark mousse has yellow undertones to add warmth to skin.
If you're a beginner and don't want to splash the cash committing to tanning drops, this offering from St Moriz is a great affordable option. Most achieved a streak-free tan, with no cracking. It lasted well on the skin and didn't cause any dryness or irritation.
